Revolution US launch on Thxgiving week? IGN thinks so
You won’t be getting any launch date answers from Nintendo, we all know this. Even their automated phone lines tell you to expect the Revolution in 2006, but that’s it. This time IGN threw their weight around, and bullied some third party developers working on Revolution. They managed to get some info out of a few companies about project deadlines for Revolution launch.
According to studios we spoke with under the condition of anonymity, Nintendo has told them that Revolution will debut in America “during the week of Thanksgiving 2006.”
We all knew the Revolution was going to be 2006, we all hoped the Revolution would be early to mid 2006. Doesn’t look like that is going to happen. Why did IGN have to find this news out now?! We JUST got past Thanksgiving, and the Revolution probably won’t launch until the next. Couldn’t they wait to break this news a little later in the year, just so that the wait didn’t seem so damn long?!
Wait for Twilight Princess,Twilight Princess gets delayed, wait for Twilight Princess more. Wait for Revolution, hope for early launch, find out late lauch, wait for Revolution. Nintendo better be pretty good with any future release dates, I don’t know if I can take anymore waiting with such highly anticipated projects!
