3DS firmware update slowly making the rounds right now

Believe it or not, the major 3DS firmware update related to 3D video recording and more is actually seeing release right now. The eShop is waking up from its slumber, and parts of the world are starting to get their update. Keep checking your 3DS to see if the firmware comes up for you!
