Senran Kagura was the all-female action title released by Marvelous on the 3DS. While the company joked about an all-male version of the game for April Fools' Day, we are now hearing that a true sequel is in the works. It's entitled Senran Kagura Burst and will be released in Japan on Sept. 30th.

What matters more is if it's good or not. If it's good then I'll probably end up getting it too if it's localized.
I doubt it'll be localized. Even if it was, it would be really hard to get people to try it out.

True. I think it looks really fun from what all I've seen of it. It reminds me of those old beat em up arcade games like TMNT. Which I loved.
From gameplay footage, it looks like a solid 7...
I can't bring myself to care unless we now have genders flipped and still the same level of fanservice and sexuality.
I wonder will the next one see the same level of success or better. I never thought it'd fail but perhaps it could become better than it currently is. The April Fools edition could be comedic gold. Still interesting and I wonder would this title ever come over as a digital only game if atlus or the likes gauged interest.
