I won't say Mega Man Legends should be number one but it certainly deserves higher than Starcraft Ghost. I guess the whole thing is "The Top 7... Cancelled games we wish we could play". Oh well.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that you are not a Mega Man fan who was not involved with the story of Mega Man Legends 3's cancellation as it unfolded. Nobody who has a clear understanding of what happened here would blame anyone for being upset at what Capcom has done. Capcom lied to the fan-base that made them what they are today and that's only the beginning. Please go do some research.

Hahahaha, I was involved in this too. I am a megaman I have played all the Megaman games up until now. I understand what Capcom has done to it's fan base but I think we should move on instaed of whinig it again and again... hurting ourselves each time why they didn't release it.

Oh, that's good to hear. I've found far to many people pretending it was just a cancelled game and a whining fan base. Here's the thing though: Capcom does not deserve to be able to forget about this. They deserve to be reminded every single day. Capcom deserves a fierce hit to their public image and and as far as I can tell this has yet to happen. It's not about how big Mega Man Legends is/was, that's only half of the problem. It's about the way they treated their own customers and expect to get off without consequence. Every single time somebody defends them or tries to shut the Mega Man fan base up it sends the message that this behavior is in any way acceptable. It is not.
I don't understand the love for Megaman Legends, for me its a "meh" series at best and there are some truly terrible design flaws in those two titles. MML3 didn't even look that good anyway.
It's not a Nintendo title, but I'm always going to be bitter about that LucasArts Sam and Max sequel that was cancelled very close to completion. Sure, the stuff Telltale made since is good, but I always wonder what we might have missed out on.

If I recall correctly, that wasn't cancelled. It just only got a release in Japan.

I'm surprised no one embraced Kickstarter on MML3. Throw the money at Capcom and they might listen.
I'm still waiting for Shenmue 3.
MML3 fanboys on suicide watch.

Where's Project Hammer on this list?

I would have loved to play the cancelled Donkey Kong Racing for the GCN just to see how it was like.
I've played it(and so have many), but I wish Star Fox 2 wasn't cancelled.
Don't get me started on this subject.....
