Last we saw, GameStop had a new shipment of Circle Pad Pros set for release on May 4th. That date is now upon us...but GameStop has changed their listing. Now the official GameStop listing says May 7th is the date. Who thinks that date will come and go as well?! Thanks to Whatami for the heads up.

Should I check today anyway?
Some guys at IGN and other places like to assume that the circle-pads sold out because of great demand, but "supply" is the other part of this well known equation. I don't think Nintendo made very many, and as long as it took for them to get out another shipment, I'm not sure the shipment will be very big this time either.
I don't want one for me, but I do want one for my brother who is a bit less open-minded than me. I'd love for him to experience MGS3D and RE:Revelations in a way that's not distracting for him.
i got mine in from japan yesterday. its pretty slick but being a lefty ive gotten quite used to aiming with my right. i fired up uprising and it just felt weird to move with my right... its completely natural in resident evil thou, going out to buy the cart now
I think Nintendo has really dropped the ball with this. It is likely selling in the 100k's but not that insanely well that they can't ship more to GameStop.
I want one, but I can never find one and it's really annoying and it's stopped me from buying MGS3 so far.
I wouldn't be surprised if RE:R has suffered bad sales in NA because people perceive the best way to play it is with CPP but they can't find one so they don't buy either.
I just called my local Gamestop and he said to check on monday.
