The trailer states the title "Pokémon Black 2 & White 2 - Introduction Movie". All the thumbnails seem to be animebased so I'm thinking it's just a short anime special based on the games

To be honest I still can't get over the fact that they changed his voice. I'm not tried of his character but just his new voice. :p
