- Bren: The main character who came to the academy on EDN-3rd from EDN-2nd. He's friendly and not shy, is driven by curiosity, and aims to be number one at everything he does.
- TeeKee: This special girl is a member of a snow pirate group that longs to live alongside EDN-3rd's native Akrid creatures.
- Chris Lanbert: An elite member of the academy with long experience in a Vitality Suit. He has confidence in his aim, and will come to consider Bren his rival.
- Julie Fliesher: The group's "mood maker." She's not only skilled with a Vitality Suit, but also has great knowledge and affection. She's secretly in love with Bren (or possibly his Vitality Suit, Gingira).
- Luan Forest: Luan entered the academy ahead of Bren and is his superior. He's devoted to data gathering, and has a lot of knowledge.
- Gingira: Bren's Vitality Suit. Gingira is a prototype with next generation AI which allows it to speak with its pilot and even automatically take simple actions. The Gingira name was given to it by Bren when he first boarded the machine. Gingira refers to Bren as "Master."

Umm... Well... Maybe the game will be okay. I like the idea of bosting around and shooting, but I'm not so impressed with the trailer. Hopefully the game will actually be decently fun.

Anyone notice that it looks like legends 3? In fact, it kind of looks like it's running off of the legend 3 engine (might be exaggerating a bit)
In fact, Capcom could make people happy if they just turn this into a megaman game, but maybe somepeople wouldn't like that. It looks cool, i really hope it comes here
If you ask me, I'd say the 3DS is actually the lead platform for this game and the PS3 version is just an up-port. The character don't have dynamic shadows, that wouldn't be the case if PS3 was the lead platform. Some of the textures looked 3DS quality also.
The 3DS version is likely to look almost exactly the same.

This game trailer was really well done, super hype.
also if you noticed things "popping" out of the "manga" pages and yeah i think this was the 3ds footage and if you dont believe me then just compare the recent RE 3ds titles in graphics

I was thinking the same thing. This looks to be running off the Legends 3 engine. I think we know what the Legends 3 team has been working on since it was cancelled...
@gojiguy There are also a lot of gameplay elements that seem familiar (3rd person shooter, cell shaded, on the 3DS).
Woah, this game looks fantastic. I'd buy it day 1 and I'd hate Capcom a lot less if it came over.

The trailer was fantastic and I'm even more excited for the game. Also, the suit being named GinGira just []really[/i] makes me think of Star Driver now. Doesn't help/hurt that Bren seems as perky as Takuto (and the pink/red-hued hair!).
I can't wait to see more of the game, and hopefully it'll be localized. I miss titles like this from Capcom. ♥
(And in general. They've been few and far between in the last few years.)
Presentation-wise, the game is very stylish, but the gameplay seems lackluster. It doesn't seem to do much to separate itself from other entries in the genre, but we'll see.

it looks like the 3ds is the main platform , i'm okay with that . In any case it 's clearly inspired by lost planet , the snow , the 3rd person part , the enemies , their weak orange point . That's great i hope some kind of coop (wifi please!) will be in .

Yeah… it looks a lot like they used scrapped things from the Legends game, which I don't mind. If it comes to the States I'll be happy.
