Question: Are harvest Moon games still any good? I haven't played any since the N64.

@shadowmario1987

The first Harvest Moon I played was Magical Melody and it was amazing. Since then I've played 2 Rune Factory games (the original and Tides of Destiny) and Sunshine Islands on DS. Sunshine Islands I didn't really like because it made you have to eat everyday, which IMO is way too much like The Sims. Anyways, I didn't get the last one, Two Towns, because before that came out there was already screens for this one.

Bottom line is I would have to say "not as good," although it's hard to say when I started playing after you've stopped. I am very interested in this one though.

Well, we'll have to see... the last one is really selling well for an Harvest Moon game, so it looks promising.
The very best was really the first one (if only for the graphics and the overall feel) IMHO.
Personally, I'll buy the most recent one on 3DS as soon as it gets out here.
