GI: Are you 100 percent confident about the lawsuit? Are there any concerns?
Schwartz: No, you can never be 100 percent confident, you can probably be no more than 80 percent. There are just too many things, there are so many different variables, you can try as hard as you can. [Activision] brought a new lawyer in last week, Beth Wilkinson. Activision spends a huge money sum for the best lawyer?
Well, you're screwed now.
I'm surprised they got such a good lawyer, when Kotick was sued (and lost) for firing a flight attendant on his private jet when she filed a sexual harassment complaint against his pilot, he REALLY skimped on the lawyers and fired two different firms.
