I must say, Antec makes some great Computer cases and Power supplies... but this is more than I'd be willing to pay even for THOSE...

That's slick, but about $100 more than I'd spend... even if I found something like that useful.

For me, I just need a case that keeps the games and system protected while it's in my backpack. Though this case would make for a cool display.

$145 is insane. What con artists. This type of case probably costs them $5-$10 to make. It's like the metal makeup cases you can buy at the drug store, with a piece of Cut foam and a fabric game card holder. Is there an 8800 mAh lithium ion backup battery built into it or something?

I had something like this for my PSP. Doubt it was more than $30...

I might have looked into it had the price been cheaper
