A portion of a IGM interview with Cevat Yerli, CEO of Crytek...
IGM: Sony’s Playstation Vita has launched in February, Nintendo’s Wii U is supposed to follow towards the end of the year. What does Crytek plan for those consoles?
Yerli: We have no plans for either console yet. There will be games using the Cry Engine for Wii U, but these will be made by license holders.

As long as it can run the engine it's ok... Then later they can decide wheter or not they make something for it.
I don't really care about crytek games but they really should start working on games for that platform
Cry Engine 3? If Cry Engine 3 will run on Wii U then Unreal Engine 4 should have no trouble.
Crytek might bring Crysis 3 to Wii U. It's not due until 2013/2014. But the dev know's their target market better than anyone and if they don't see Wii U as a viable platform then that's their choice.
@OmicronTurtle
Cry Engine 3 was confirmed for Wii U since last year, just a lot of people forgot.
Unless it's Timesplitters 4, then I simply don't care if they don't bring anything else, tbh.
@Meelow100
Cool, I did not know that. Thanks.
@OmicronTurtle
Even x360/ps3 can run CryEngine 3. I think you are confused about Unreal Engine 3 and Unreal Engine 4 (which is a brand new engine that only PC can run at the moment).
We are so sorry for you Crytek, that is your own and only problem.
You will Regret it Crytek
