We all saw the Boo icon during Nintendo's Miiverse demo yesterday, but is there really a game experience tied to it? Here's the info that can be gleaned from Nintendo Direct.
- In the Mii Wara Wara screen, a crowd of Miis were surrounding the Boo icon
- During the video, a player named “Lisa” is playing a game called “Chase”, which happens to feature the same Boo icon
- here are the messages we see about the Boo icon from Miis
“Great for parties, up to 5 people can play!”
“My parents are so easy to scare”
“C’mon and get me!”
“It’s easier to get away from the flashlight if you hide in the corners”
“Work with your partners to chase the ghost into the corner”
“I recommend this game to all the Dad’s out there, it gets the whole family together”
“lol, gotcha!”
“Any tips on this game? I’ve tried this game 10 times today but still can’t beat my bro”
“I always help my brother, the poor guy”
“I like wearing this hat thingy”
“Hide and Seek!”
What do you guys think? Is it a real game? Some sort of pack-in software? Is it nothing more than a proof-of-concept for the Miiverse tech?

And Maybe 1 is a Boo in replace in the Wii U GamePad. And the others have flashlights to find em

meh, maybe. but this was all generated by a marketing firm(or nintendo's own marketing department). they were give some stock images and told to make it look like the miis were talking about some game having to do with the image.
I don't think our bodies are ready for all the dick pictures this bring.

Does this hint at a compilation of mini games (previous tech demos) featuring Mario characters and Miis?

I assumed that it was just a Mario Party game. You can also see a white, and green Wii Fit-like icon on the left of the screen. So is that Wii U Fit? Guess we will find out tomorrow, but I can't see Nintendo giving up on the Fitness market to Microsoft with Nike+ for Kinect. Selling over 40 million Wii Fit's was no accident, it made billions for Nintendo.
Whatever, it could be or it couldn't... At least there's no reason to be dissapointed if not because we haven't seen anything from it.
Sounds like an on-board game -- that can handle one GP and 4 WMs.

I agree with others saying it is something like Chase Mii. And I believe that if it is real which it probably is it is a pack-in with the Wii U.

My opinion is that none of those represent real games.
I'd love a stealth-action game starring Boo. It could be called Solid Boo: Tactical Fright Action. Then they could make a Shyguy hack-n-slash titled Shyguy Rising: Reeevengeee!!!.
