We've already reported on the fact that E3 2012 may not take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. If the deal falls through, where might the show go? Sources close to the situation say that Chicago, New Orleans, New York, and San Francisco are all being considered as future homes.

I'd die of joy if this were to happen...
I bet you're hoping for New York, RMC. It'll make traveling somewhat a lot easier for you. (Same with Cort if it's San Francisco, which will make his traveling A LOT easier for him.)
By the time where I'm able to travel on my own, I hope the event comes back to Los Angeles. (Though, I'm confused: Is the event open to the public or not?)
If its in Chicago, I'M ****ING GOING. I know I can't go day 1 cause that's press only but when they open it to the public...I'M THERE. But...alas, Chicago's probably the lower end of the spectrum.
Should be in London.
Philly man, we are smack in the middle of the East Coast and we got a Convention Center going to waste over here. Also Philly Cheese Steaks
@HUELEN10
I LOVE YOU!!!!! lol
boy would that be something even if its only to the press
Would actually love to see this hit Tampa, 'cause at least I can drive there, but I know that won't happen. It's not as famous a destination as any of the choices already there, but frankly, a New York E3 would be a disaster.
Come to North Carolina and give me precious free tickets just for being a North Carolinian!
CHICAGO!! IT'S IN THE MIDDLE.
Imagine E3 at a venue like this:
McCormick Place in Chicago would be perfect. View of Lake Michigan, loads of space, hotel right on the property, centralized location, easily accessible by plane, train, car, bus, truck, boat, horse-drawn carriage...
I hope Indianapolis, we have a pretty nice convention center. I would be happy if it turns out Chicago though.
If it comes to CHigaco I'm literally pulling a "Solid Snake" and sneaking in while hiding under a cardboard box.
The ESA needs leadership change first...
@J0RdAnN
Better yet, sneak into a Nintendo crate.
Chicago I think would be nice for the NA press since it's smack dab in the middle of the country. They could pull it off. that'd be pretty awesome to go check out all the billboards and stuff too. To bad it's press only.
I would love it if it was New York City. Granted, Javits Center is a bit smaller than the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The show wasnt just created and put in Los Angeles, Los Angeles helped form the show into what it is. They are intrinsically connected. The 2 times that the show went to another city (even Santa Monica which is right down the street), the show suffered. Dont expect the show to be the same if it leaves Los Angles. With that being said, if it does leave it will Probably head to San Francisco...Being the Tech Hub of the world and all.
Put all the pictures you want... E3 should always be in LA.
Maybe they will move to Phoenix, and then come to their senses and realize, as I realized, that they would rather be dead in Los Angeles than alive in Arizona.
