it's the one that brings it up to code with other NES VC games on 3DS.
It adds the samething as other NES updates. A new Menu Icon, save states, better manual, and I believe proper multi-player on certain games.
Weird... I can't get my 3DS to connect to the eShop half of the time, but the times I CAN get on, it keeps coming up with a cannot-connect-error every single time. Figures..
