In other news, we’re making excellent progress on Devil Survivor 2 (DS) and Devil Survivor Overclocked (3DS). They really are both excellent games so watch out for more news on these two over the next few weeks. I’ll also be announcing that Ghostlight has secured another Japanese 3DS game for release this year and before you start guessing, no, it’s not a JRPG this time!
How about Senran Kagura? It's not an RPG, it's totally Japanese and there are plenty that want to see it localized! Thanks to Jo for the heads up!

I'd laugh so hard if it was Senran.
Code of Princess isn't an RPG and has already been announced for NA. It is also being localised by Atlus, who Ghostlight obviously have a good releationship with. Thus I conclude that it is Code of Princess.
EDIT:...and I scroll down the page and Agatsuma has said they have a European release planned. I rest my case.
