Could be the PC version.
I doubt they'd say that about the PC version though. The platform has been rocking waaaaay better resolutions than the "HD" console generation for ages, so that would amount to saying "Hey, our new PC game is running at the basic and expected industry standards! GO US!1!!!2!"
Well Two Tribes just tweeted the link to this story so I'd say that's a pretty good sign.
