Nobody could have made graphics like that in 1982.

The gallery isn't that great. I mean, the cartridges themselves are neat, but the images she used for the artwork don't resemble something they would have done in 70's on real Atari cartridges. They're just modern art and screenshots.

Agreed. That's definitely not how the Fatal Frame cover would've looked like unless they had a time machine.
