Love everything about this game...looks awesome, sounds awesome and looks fun ^.^
OMG I saw a checkpoint!
This might make the game a little less frustrating.
I think I still prefer the 2D style over the 3D, but I'll give them this. The coloring looks a lot better than the early screenshots, and it looks better in motion.
Unless they've changed it, I believe the deal with it is that if you jump over the checkpoint and skip it you get more points at the end of the level.
Got goosebumps from the music... didn't enjoy the insanity levels at the end of the first game, but I'm really liking how this one looks so far. Can't wait!
Everything looks great! Really pumped for this game.
Somehow it feels like they took a step backward with the graphics.
Could be my astigmatism but I feel like I have to be 10 feet away from the screen to tell what's going on... I like the look though.
The artstyle...:/ The game looks fine, more of the same, but that's good. It could look better
So happy this is coming to the Wii U. Can't wait to play some more Runner.
I hope it will be a launch game.
Runner was my least favourite in the Bit.Trip series (I actually held off getting Fate and Flux until the collections came out because I was so underwhelmed with Runner), and this one looks the same but with bells on, so honestly I'm not too excited for it. I understand it was also the best selling Bit.Trip game though, so good for Gaijin Games if it enables them to make more excellent software.
Less prettier
It's not being released for the Wii because of HD and file size limits. WiiWare is also dead.
Quite honestly, this looks fantastic and will likely be the first Wii U eShop download I'll purchase.
Kind of reminds me of Cave Story on the 3DS - might be better gameplay wise, but visually... I'd rather have the 2D style.
This level seems quite similar to a few in World 2 of Runner, and I remember thinking those looked far more appealing, even with the Wii's framerate.
