It's so awesome to have ROM back! You guys know that I'm always honored/flattered/humbled to have amazing artwork from some of our readers. You guys always blow me away with your artistic talents! That's why I just couldn't wait to share the newest ROM from our friend Phil over at Shamoozal! He's given us a note to post up with his latest feature. The rest of this post was penned by Phil himself.

Hello everyone! First, this short took much longer than I had originally wanted. It's hard to believe that 'Contra with Two Players' came out in April, but I think when you watch 'Take a Key for Coming In' that you'll understand why. This is easily the most difficult, and largest ROM I've worked on yet.
That's not the only thing either, it's also the first ROM that is essentially joke free. I love Ghosts 'N Goblins, it's one of my all time favorite game series, so when I set out to make this short I wanted to make a tribute to it in the best possible way that I knew how. I hope that you enjoy this more serious, silent film style short just as much as previous episodes.
Next up is the final episode in ROM Vol. 2. We'll be revisiting Zelda, but I assure you this won't be Pizza Links Part 2! Can't promise when it'll be ready, but my plan is by the end of the year. Please look forward to it!
In the meantime, you can follow me on Twitter (http://twitter.com/shamoozal) or Like Shamoozal on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/shamoozal). I'll be doing plenty of updates while I move along with the next one. Thanks!

It looks wonderful, pretty "spiffy" animation (do people still use the word spiffy?) I'm going to take some flash courses at my University and I hope that someday i can do something like that
That's really good, can't wait to see more ROM cartoons/skits.
Whu-whu-whu-what?!
I wonder if Shamoozal surprised RMC with this as much as he's surprised us with it.
I don't get the punchline.
I would love Pizza Links Part 2! Also @GamingZoid you have an awesome avatar, Full Metal Alchemist FTW!
Wow! I just wanted to say that I was REALLY impressed by this.
Very cool! Man, I never had the gaming chops to play through any of the GnG games once let alone twice! I have made it through some Contra games without continues or the Konami code though. Still, different league all together.
wow, that was awesome! dare i say, it was beautiful? BECAUSE IT WAS!!
The NES G&G has its moments, but it has control issues. I like Super Ghouls & Ghosts better because you at least have the double jump.
Man, now I want to watch a G&G speed run.
I actually re-played Super Ghouls and Ghosts maybe a month ago and I couldn't belive they wanted me to go through it all a second time... It was somewhat easier with the bracelet, but still, easy on G&G is hard on everything else.
The video was pretty cool too.. Nice work
