I also love this series. Battle Network 4 kinda sucked tho. It did introduced synch and double soul but the story(worst than 6) and overall length were disappointing. BN3 and BN 5 are my favorites.

I don't care what the haters say, 4 is in my top 3 favorites. 5 can suck it.

Ah, yes. It's peak. Too bad the BN4 localization was botched, though.

I played way too much of this game for my own good.

3 > 2 > 6 > 1 > 5 (the DS one was a great upgrade IMO I might add) > 4.

4 had a okay battle system, but the story and story progressing was terrible, repetitive, and quite frankly made me want to play other games! XD There was no real variety in this game. It also had way less battle chips, less interesting enemies (although fighting regular Navis were cool, if not underused), less interesting locations, and less to do and collect.

5's wanna be Advance Wars mini-game was lame, it's enemies still paled next to the 1st trilogy, and the battle chip variety was still lacking. The bosses also felt underwhelming. Other than that, it was good, though.

The 1st game was the 1st, and quite frankly, was a pretty sweet gig.

The 6th game, albeit super easy, a bit lacking in chips, and a bit lacking in stuff to do, was freaking awesome.

The 2nd game was soooo freaking good. It added a lot from the 1st Battle Network, and basically improved upon everything IMO.

Freaking Battle Network 3 was perfect. Lots of awesome locations, hidden secrets, level variety, enemy variety, challenges, enemies, battle chips, etc.

If only Capcom combined the types in the 1st Battle Network trilogy with the fusion whatever thing in the 2nd Battle Network trilogy with more of all kinds of chips and customization... God. At least I can dream. But man, that would be so awesome.

Also, Capcom, please make something like my idea I call "Mega Man Battle Network Complete." It would literally be all the Mega Man Battle Network games in one: all the locations, enemies, battle chips, and in one super game (with improved graphics for the 3DS?). Make it happen. Then shut up and take my money... as much money as you want.

@Johnknight1

"Quoted dribble blah blah IMO."

Fixed that for you.
