Is this coming to North America now? If so can anyone tell me what the difference between this and the eshop game I never play is?

More everything. new parts more levels basically it should be DLC but Nintendo isn't releasing it as such.

This one has new parts that aren't available on the eshop version aswell as a bunch of special actions that are new to the game. These are like additional things for your formee, for example you can add a burning effect to it or have a formee make cat sounds when he walks/jumps around. Then you have the dungeons that seem to be the main focus of the whole Deluxe thing, certain special actions give you special abilities in these areas (the cat sounds make your formee randomly purr which grants your next attack a critical strike). There's singlecard multiplayer too, not sure if that's a new thing or not but oh well thats about it.
