lol, if that "seal of quality" really meant what the ad says, then how do you explain crap like pretty much everything LJN released?
The seal was really only something indicating the game had been licensed by Nintendo (something we now just always see when we look at the "legal information" screen), it really had no baring whatsoever on the quality of the games themself.
well yeah the seal of quality was always just about "hey those guys PAID us , that game WON'T break your systems" nowadays no one would even dare to sell a game on 360 and ps3 without paying the fees , it's how it works . No need to pretend that the quality was at stake , it's the modern equivalent of trying to crush piracy , if pirated software today was sold in retail just beside the official product . That was the situation back then and everyone should agree , that none of the big three want that to happen ever again .
Chubby Cherub, Karate Champ, Tag Team Wrestling, Muscle, and Ninja King are all crap. Ghost 'n Goblins is too difficult, but the rest of the games are solid.
