i dont know.. pikmin adventure looks pretty great too
Ya. But I just really like the spacey look. So cool. And I want a Kid Icarus attraction NOW!
it would be great if they update with new attractions over time. kid icarus, a mini mario kart amusement park style go kart area and id even like to see an updated vision applied to an ice climbers event..
Watching them play this game at the conference changed my mind about Nintendo Land and I was happy to see the Deluxe edition come with it. This looks really cool
Was i the only one who thought Nintendo land LOL d good from the start? I was like "that looks really cool!" And everyone said it was a casual game that was probably going to suck. I'm glad people seem more open to it

I'm just the opposite, I'm glad it lacks online play.
Many multiplayer games and genres aren't well suited for online play.
Also local is far better than any online multiplayer mode to date.

Online would be optional, so the lack of online doesn't really benefits you. This is actually a big problem for a lot of people. Maybe you don't want to play online and you have a lot of friends to play local multiplayer (and I can understand that), but all you need to do is ignore the "online option". What about people who want to play online because they don't have friends to play local? Yup, they will have no option.
I am not bashing this game. Nintendo Land actually looks VERY fun and I am excited to play the single player games, but I have no friend to play local multiplayer (I do have a lot of friends but only 2~3 really enjoy games and they live far away from my house) and I wish I could play online with some friends I have.
The multiplayer (which is one of the most important aspects of the game) will be useless for people like me.

Greatest idea ever. Heck, Nintendo should include a voucher for $5 off KI:U for 3DS with every Wii U system.
(Yeah it doesn't make much sense, and may even confuse some consumers, but I really, REALLY want sales to go even higher to make sure we get a sequel.)

Online multiplayer works for certain genres, this isn't one of them.
Online mutliplayer works well with these games:
Racers (all of kinds)
FPS
TPS
Sports games
Certain simulators
Fighters
Etc...
Games that don't work with online multiplayer:
Platformers
Most 2D games
Mini games
Most RPGs
Etc...
Nintendo shouldn't shoehorn online multiplayer in ever game, to appease a small minority on certain titles.

I also suggest you expand your base of friends.
That's a horrible suggestion. Even if he DID expand his friend base, it doesn't mean they're all going to be interested in coming over mainly to play video games, or in video games at all. I for one have a lot of musician friends, a lot of martial arts and gymnastics friends, but barely any friends that share an interest in video games. Particularly Nintendo fans. They all live 45 mins to an hour away at the very least, and they're not gushing money out of their pockets so they can't just willy-nilly come over and play. The internet takes care of that with online multiplayer connectivity, and Nintendo Land could have easily be taken online. But no use worrying about it now
can not wait for this game!
Me neither. the icing on the cake though is that its a packin XD
looks like Metroid Blast is the best looking and most fun game. To me anyways.
We still havent seen much of f-zero falcon's twister or the Yoshi one

The Zelda one would be amazing if only you could move in it.
