Amazon says Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed 3DS delayed to late February
Amazon is sending this email out to those that preordered Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed on 3DS...
Unfortunately, an unexpected delay from our supplier may prevent us from delivering some items in your order placed on November 09, 2012 (Order# 105-5627482-2410652) by December 24.The following item(s) from your order is delayed:

Estimated arrival date: February 19, 2013 - February 22, 2013"
We haven't had official comment on this from Sumo Digital or SEGA, but hopefully they'll clear this up soon. Thanks to Brandon for the heads up!
