When I opened it on my 3DS and she said "is it the 21st already", I half thought I'd missed out on a week...

Did they just forget to add a timer for it to not be opened before the 21st or something?

Those were my thoughts, and pretty much why I deemed it worthy to record and send in. Even the date on the letter says the 21st, so my thoughts were this was supposed to be a timed letter.
