Nintendo wins top spot in customer service ranking survey
We've all known for awhile now that Nintendo has some excellent customer service. According to a Forrester survey that includes over 7,500 consumer opinions and 150 companies, Nintendo came out on top when it comes to customer satisfaction. Let's hope things stay that way for many years to come!
