Is this something you'd like to see happen? If it is, you better hit up both Platinum and Konami on Twitter to let them know. It's going to take a lot of doing to build up interest.
I don't know, I don't think Kojima cares, and even if he does then they will still need to make the port and that will take its sweet time getting here and when we get it, it will be considered and old port and it won't sell well. I'd rather just get ground zeroes honestly. That should have been announced by now
By the time it get's ported over it will be old and the next Metal Gear will probably already be announced. But I don't blame Platinum they ARE giving Wii U owners Bayonetta 2 and The Wonderful 101! So just be happy with those.
Yeah it's too late for this Metal Gear. Besides even if there had been a slight chance for Konami to order a Wii U version be made, they would have reconsidered due to Iwata admitting there's a weak Wii U market here and in Europe anyways.
The last time Konami offered Nintendo a Metal Gear game was a port of 3 at the time where the 3DS market was weak (and still is weak in America according to Iwata) while there as a Metal Gear HD collection elsewhere...
All we can hope for is Nintendo throwing a lot of money at Konami for either a Metal Gear port or a spin-off game for Wii U/3DS. =/
I'd love to see the game on Wii U and would definetely buy it... though I don't use twitter so I won't post anything there. Also I doubt it would help.
If you aren't already working on porting an actual upcoming title to Wii U, then don't bother. No one is going to care about buying a game that's 8 months to a year late for Wii U even if its at a reduced price with off-tv play as its only big incentive going for it. Apparently, Square Enix has developer Straight Rigt working on porting Duex Ex to Wii U, but by the time it comes out in 2013, it will be even older than the Batman: Arkham City port.
Personally, the only upcoming games I'd want to have a port of are Dark Souls II, Killer is Dead, and Bioshock Infinite, and the latter is the least likely to happen.
Absolutely. I'd love to see this happen. After playing the revengeance demo it was very apparent how much better the game would be with motion plus. When raiden goes into "bullet time-sword mode" it feels so cumbersome lining up the analog sticks to slice. If it was motion plus however it would be a more seamless action. Love to see this on the U.
it's the exact same response they made for bayonetta 1 . It's out of their hands , and of course they could do it if the publisher want them to . And they don't in both case . Bayonetta 1 was published by sega , and bayonetta 2 was canceled by sega along multiple retail titles .

But the game hasn't even come out yet.... A trolling I go! No but really I too want games specifically for the U that come out on time. Not some old port. We have enough of those.
Whoa, whoa! Isn't this Konami's say?? Cause if Platinum has a valid say in this, I will storm their email and spam till I reach their inbox's memory size cap...
I'd rather they focus more on Bayonetta 2 than a late porting of this. Absolutely hated the demo on 360... first Platinum game I've been disappointed with.

Though I loved MGS: Snake Eater 3D and Vanquish I don't find myself inherently interested in a game that dips into that universe.
I HIGHLY doubt that Konami would okay the game anyway.
Remember, the last MG game to reach a Nintendo home console Nintendo had to develop themselves.
Actually, I think Silicon Knights developed it? Whoever did Eternal Darkness.

Remember the miiverse Yoshi leak? Metal Gear was there too..
Don't think the MGS series will be on the Wii U at all. Doesn't suit Kojima's tech power and movie-making obsessions.
Snake won't be back in the SSB series either.
That would be cool, but I would much rather have a Bayonetta 1 port :p
Yup, same guys...
Are there any petitions to get MGS:RR on WiiU? I would sign riiiight away!:D

Would be cool if this was on the Wii U, The demo is a lot of fun, cutting up all sorts of stuff with Motion + would be sweet

Eh, buying it on PS3. I'd prefer P* spent all their time and resource on Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta instead of wasting it on porting Revengeance.
