I've always wished Nintendo would make a real theme park with rides and attractions based off their franchises. I think properties like Star Fox and Mario Kart would make good roller coasters, and a Zelda portion of the part would be really fun to explore.

But like Pachter says, making something like that is HUGELY expensive.
