1. The demo starts in the Wards – easily one of the most compellingly detailed portrayals of an impoverished inner city neighborhood, complete with debris-strewn, graffiti-laden alleyways, dilapidated row houses, and weeds poking up through the cracked pavement.
2. Graffiti is everywhere, but it’s not just tags. We noticed a stylized monkey in several areas, and a spray-painted camera in another. Sign of a movement against the big-brother aspects of Chicago’s Central Operating System (ctOS)?
