Well that's good to hear. Would've been a bummer if Square pulled another DQM: Joker 2.

great news, can't wait to play it.
If 3DS wasn't region locked, DLC language packs could be an ideal solution whenever a game failed to be localized.

"Bravely Default: For the Sequel has DLC for the English script, and it seems that this indicates that NA/EU are getting the upgraded version"

Can someone explain to me just what the hell this means? I seriously cannot comprehend what this guy's trying to say.

How exactly is that indicating that that is the one we're getting?

I'm not saying we aren't, but how is that the indicator? Could just be because they know there are importers, or it's just the script for our normal content and not the new content.

It could mean something, but it doesn't necessarily.

@Battlestriker123

Bravely Default upgraded version has DLC to have the game entirely in English.

The guy believes this implies we're getting that version.

@Battlestriker123 Oh, I was under the impression that this was a brand new sequel to Bravely Default. What a confusing title aha.

Yeah I thought this was a sequel, too. How could I ever get so confused?

So it was confirmed we are getting this version.

I just want to point out that I didn't say it was impossible, just that having English wasn't a definitive indicator of anything.

@Autosaver

No. It's an enhanced version of the original game.

With an awfully misleading title.

Strangely, I like the fact it is so misleading (even if it could mean bad things on the retail side of things...). Seriously. I would love to know the reasoning! o_o Should be an interesting one... Maybe the sales of this will determine if a sequel is made?
