WayForward shows off Shantae's updated skin coloring for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero
Remember the complaints last week of Shantae looking too light-skinned in Half-Genie Hero, as compared to her skin color in other games? Here's the original skin tone that the Kickstarter launched with.
While the trailer for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero still features the light-skin version of Shantae, WayForward said they would be changing the skin tone due to reader complaints. It appears we can see that official tweak in some artwork now, as the thumbnail for the Kickstarter video has been updated.
That's right about spot-on when you take a look at Shantae's skin color in previous games. Good to know that WayForward is willing to go the distance to please fans!
