Aonuma says Legend of Zelda CD-i games don't fit into Zelda history
Wondering why the Legend of Zelda CD-i titles weren't included in Hyrule Historia? MTV was wondering, and they took their question right to Mr. Aonuma. Aonuma responded by first laughing, then stating the following.
"I don’t know that those really fit in the 'Zelda' franchise."
You'll probably never hear about those games again from Nintendo, and Aonuma even went so far to state that those CD-i titles were part of Zelda history before he came into the franchise!
