Does Atlus' holiday card hint at Devil Survivor 2: Break Record localization?

To someone unfamiliar with the Devil Survivor series, you might not think anything about the image above. To someone that knows the franchise, it seems there might be a tease. I you look at the top of A in Atlus, you see a girl that only appears in the 3DS version of the game. A subtle hint for localization or wishful thinking?
