Random Time! - The strange noises after taking out Splatoon's final boss

I'll put this post after the jump to avoid spoilers...

I beat Splatoon's final boss twice over, but I never sat around to listen to the silence. Well, the silence that suddenly breaks when those weird noises come into play! Anyone have a theory about these?!
