“Nintendo’s choice of a communications app to kick off the DeNA partnership may be an acknowledgment of the risks associated with featuring Nintendo’s best IP on mobile and thus undermining the appeal of Nintendo’s dedicated game machines business.” - Jay Defibaugh, an analyst at CLSA Japan

Seeing so many investors freak after the delay/announcement of Nintendo's first mobile game just goes to show how little investors actually know what Nintendo is like. I can understand the rash reaction to the delay, as that's just par for the course. The reaction to the mobile game itself is just silly. I guess the second investors didn't hear a name like 'Mario' they just lost their minds.
