Netflix causing Wii 'System Memory' error message?

Every time I use the Netflix Wii Disc I get an error message saying “The Wii System Memory is Corrupted” when I try going back to the Wii Menu. That message only pops up after using the Netflix disc. I have tried replicating the error using many different Wii Discs and WiiWare/VC games and nothing. The only time it appears is when I am trying to access the Wii Menu when I am done watching something on Netflix.

I haven’t heard of this issue, nor have I experienced it. Any other users out there seeing this same error message, or is this an isolated case?
