Well we all know that the Bush impersonations will come to sad end now. After all the Bush impersonations, I say the person who imitated him best was --suprisingly-- Josh Brolin in the recent movie "W." Will anyone else (probably) win a freaking Oscar for resembling George Bush's personality so closley?

Anyone comedian who dares to try a Barack Obama impersonation should know that it just won't be as entertaining as a Bush impersonation.
Other than that, I am glad that Bush will be out of office in January.

I think voting for an independent is just as stupid as not voting... theyre never going to win and will never make an impact. Youre basically throwing your vote away...

LordTyroxx wrote:School today was insane. I think I'm the only white person that voted democrat at our school. And everyone knows that. (somehow) Everyone was treating me like a traitor and an atheist. Most of my teachers and friends wouldn't talk to me. One teacher said that if she hears the word "Obama" she will send that person to detention. So this dude got up and told the teacher I was talking s*** about mccain (and I wasn't)! She told me to get out of her class and called me a socialist. I eventually argued with her enough that I didn't say anything so I wasn't sent out.

Pretty sure thats quite an exaggeration... no matter where you are in the country thats an automatic firing for the teacher. Just report it and get that crazy b**** out of there. But if thats really what happened, that sucks and Im sorry you had to go through that. No matter what your opinion is you should never go through that much crap... seriously. But Im just skeptical of that situation really being true, seems a little too far fetched for me.

But I also live in "politically-correct", extremely democratic Seattle where if you say black instead of African-American youre way out of line... (Why is the word black considered a touchy word? Im not offended if people call me white)

I am not exaggerating. I didn't get sent out. A few others did though. We have tooooooo many racist people where I live! They say they won't vote for him because he's muslim and that obama is out to get all the Christians in america. It is really sad. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

But I didn't get to see what school was like today. I have a virus or food poisoning or something. I was throwing up all day. blecchh. I couldn't keep anything down and I lost 3 pounds. I'm already underweight. (I'm 6' and 138 lbs)

Wow, I'm getting off topic easily today.... I need some rest...

[edit] I do like that teacher though. We would regularly have mini-debates in her class before election day. I think I would thoroughly piss her off sometimes. haha. But we both kept smiling at each other.

She seemed like a different person yesterday though. Crazy-conservative.

voting and the electoral process isn't about winning, not about choosing the candidate who will win like it's some gambling game. voting democratically is about making your voice heard. even if your candidate doesn't win, it can still serve many good purposes and send important messages for those who do wind up in office.

I was being sarcastic. Sorry for not making that clearer

Well, we know you didn't vote for McCain, as evidenced by your previous posts and inappropriate GIF.

And there are only two major candidates.

HMM. I WONDER.

So unless you did something like vote for Nader or, as you suggest, not vote at all (both of which are silly things to do IMO), it's not too hard to deduce. Unless, of course, you're just a silly billy.

(And lol if you were a Ron Paul supporter, if your post about socialism is any indicator.)

Yeah, there's no way I would have voted for McCain, because I posted a goofy animated GIF of him. Do you realize how silly you sound?

And my comment about socialism has absolutely nothing to do with Ron Paul. Last I checked you can have an opinion on either socialism or the bailout plan without being a RP supporter.

And also found a 10-page article about McCain's "dirty laundry" worthwhile enough to post.

Also, and this is just a guess... Most conservatives probably wouldn't want to live in Sweden.

I didn't say you were. I was just suggesting that it might be a possibility considering your attitude on socialism. But then again, you're right -- that wouldn't make sense if you were going to move to Sweden.

But then again, what's the point! You're obviously not going to tell me even if I was right. You can just keep your right to being unnecessarily difficult and ambiguous. Stride both sides of the fence as much as want, whatever is most convenient for you.

Maybe next time you can post something with a little more meat on it, so that you don't leave us to assume your opinion. Maybe explain why Hillary wouldn't be incredibly beneficial for our country, for one?
