How would you like to see Fallout hit Wiiware? Could happen.

Interplay recently announced that they'll be supporting Wiiware starting with a port of the Bioware Sci-Fi TPS, MDK2!

This is very exciting news, and with how Interplay has been putting all their classics up on Steam lately, we may be seeing some of these wonderful gems ourselves hit Wiiware in the future.

And there's nothing quite like a little encouragement from your fans to get you moving, so I propose that anyone who'd like to see Fallout and other Interplay Classics hit Wiiware should send them an e-mail to let them know.

I've already sent an e-mail myself, and I'll post the reply I receive here as soon as I receive it.
But don't wait to see my reply, because a lone reply to a single e-mail is meaningless. If you wanna see Fallout on Wiiware, then your best bet is to send a quick e-mail to Interplay and politely suggest that they do so, making sure that you point out how successful a smash hit like Fallout would be on a popular service like Wiiware.

while I'm not excited for fallout in particular, I'd LOVE to see certain old PC games out on wiiware/vc

the 2d duke nukem games, commander keen, the king's quest games, etc. would be bangin.

Meh. Fallout is one of my favorite RPGs of all time, but I already own two copies of the game. Don't need another one, really. But I am glad that classic games like Fallout are being made available to a younger generation who never played them. Almost makes up for the steaming pile of crap that was Fallout 3.

Yeah I would LOVE to see Fallout come to Wiiware! I never got to play the early ones, I played Fallout 3 (even though apparently its a horrible horrible game, I like it though) so I want to play the originals

FYI...there's a Fallout trilogy that contains Fallout 1, 2 + Fallout: Tactics for $15. Pretty good deal. I picked it up at Target on clearance for $11. Even though I already own multiple copies of these games, it fixes a lot of the problems that you run into getting Fallout to run correctly on newer operating systems (though I still had to hack a file to get the colors to display properly on Windows 7 64-bit).

Or if you want downloadable copies, check out Good Old Games. I think Steam also sells the original Fallout games.
