Make a 16 bit version of it. It would work....I mean beneath all the fancy graphics is just a fighting system that can be done on 2-d right?
I know people wouldn't like the downgrade to 16 bit but.....I'd like it. I don't care about graphics. I mean I care enough to the point where I won't play an Atari 2600 game, but SNES style looks good enough for me.

I'm sure that with a conciderable downgrade in graphics it could be done, of course they would have to leave open the classic control option.

What exactly would you gain from a Wii port of SFIV? Motion controls suck for fighting games, so all you'd really be getting is worse graphics/sound.
For anyone who wants to play SFIV, I suggest you go to an arcade or buy a 360 or PS3.
