Halo Reach Multiplayer Beta

So I got Halo 3 ODST today and it came with the multiplayer beta but how do i get it or use it?

I think the beta doesnt start until early to mid 2010... But I could be wrong! I dont have the game yet.

Yeah I bought it yesterday too, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that you'll need to have the ODST disk itself (Disk 1) in and eventually a menu option entitled "Extras" will pop up and you can get the Beta from there.

It's the same thing they did with Crackdown for Halo 3.... Yes, you get to participate in the Beta, but not until the beta is ready, obviously. Mid 2010 is when I heard is was coming. In the meantime, enjoy this awesome game!!

I don't see why it's taking so long for this multiplayer to come out. Isn't it pretty much the same as the rest of the Halo games?

We have no idea what the gameplay is going to be like other than its in First-Person. I doubt Bungie will just throw in the same multiplayer with new maps...

We don't even know that! There has been virtually no information on Halo Reach. For all we know, it could be in 3rd person view. Heck, it could be another RTS! Well, maybe not that.

No, in an interview somewhere Bungie said it would be an FPS.

But on topic, I just got the game (its awesome) and the very first screen you see when you start the game (besides the intro) tells you that the beta comes in 2010! You couldnt have just read that little tidbit of info, OP?
