Did anyone else find Nikki in their plaza again after that Mother's Day message?

Just last week to my surprise I found Iwata at my Streetpass gate!

I chose a Fire Emblem puzzle piece. (I found it odd that Iwata only had 2 might I add. o_0) Seems like I can't give it to my US Mii yet since a message pops up that the panel can only be seen through SpotPass whenever I try to take a piece a from it. Oh well, at least for now I can try to get all the blue puzzle piece.

Nikki was already in my Plaza, but her last special note got her moved to the front of my Plaza for a time.

I accidently moved my Nintendo US guy from my Streetpass Plaza to my Mii Plaza (I mistakenly thought that it would keep it in Streetpass and just move a copy to my Mii Plaza). Is there a way that I can move him back to the Streetpass Plaza so that I can play with him? If not, what can I do with him in the Mii plaza? Thanks.

No, there isn't a way to do that, and there isn't anything that you can do with him (Reggie, I believe you mean) that you can't already do with any other Mii in the Mii Maker plaza.

Darn. I think that he was a level 5 so in Find Mii II he would have been a valuable ally to hire. I hate to ask a silly question but what can I do with the Miis in my Mii Maker plaza (I haven't figured out the value of having Miis there)?

If you're asking what you can do within the Mii Maker application, it's really the same as what you could do on the Mii Channel, if memory serves.

Outside, well...pretty much the same as what you could do on the Wii in general; that is, use them for profiles, play as them, have them make cameos, and the like within certain games.

they can get delayed for some reason. I once had a street pass sit on my system for a day before it showed up in my plaza.

Huh. Weird. Considering I got one about 3 hours later I'm not so sure about the delay being that big. I went from 84 SP's to 250 in the span of 13 hours. Talk about productivity. Now that I'm home, it's time for me to clear out my Street Pass data for the following games:

Super Mario 3D Land: 3/3
Mario Kart 7: 10/10
Nintendogs+Cats: 10/10
Resident Evil Revelations: 10/10
Super Street Fighter 4: 10/10
Dead or Alive Dimensions: 8/8

This doesn't include Kid Icarus. When I got to the Title Screen the Gem counter kept going up and up and up. I must've gotten 100 weapon gems or so.

yea, I hope streetpass gets a update so you don't have to have the game to acknowledge the game specific streetpasses, or, nintendo could throw that data to the SD card after it fills up the space allotted for it in system memory.

1 - I went to the Mall of America last week and I was excited to hopefully rack up some streetpass hits. I figured that would be a good place to get a lot of hits. After spending about 5 hours there and covering the whole mall, I returned to my hotel room only to discover that I had the wireless off all day.

2 - Do we have any idea what kind of range / time it takes for streetpass? I have received a hit commuting to work on the interstate one day, which was interesting.

3 - The puzzles are pissing me off. I have over 120 pieces I need and when I spend 60 coins I might get 10 pieces I need and 20 duplicates. This getting pieces you already have is nonsense. I wish it was a little more balanced.

I've heard the range is 30 meters and yes collecting duplicates can get very annoying.

A few times I streetpassed people and only got a Mario Kart streetpass but no Mii Plaza. What you need to do to correct it is go into the system menu and delete the Mii plaza streetpass, then go into Mii Plaza and turn it back on.

I hate when I go around all day with wireless off! But I usually put the volume control side in my pocket first which helps a ton.

I also got one while driving one day, the speed of radio waves travel at the speed of sound, about 700 miles per hour, so its possible to streetpass with people in your lane no matter how fast you are going.

Yes, StreetPass does in fact work 30-40 meters away.

Unfortunately that won't work for me. I get a handful of streetpass hits per month, if I'm lucky, and rarely do any of them offer a puzzle piece. I have to buy them or I'll never complete a puzzle.

Okay, so I've had my 3DS since launch, and I have NEVER Street Passed. Now I know this is on me, as it's due mostly to apathy, but I feel that, even if I carried the system with me all the time, I still wouldn't get many hits due to my routine/area. But I could be wrong. If I were to endeavor to begin seriously Street Passing, are there any tricks/tips that could help make it worthwhile?
On a another note, for those who do it regularly, do you have a Street Pass ritual that, if disrupted, gets you legitimately upset?
I'm really just trying to better understand the concept as a whole, including all that it offers and the mentality that goes with it. I'm not trying to be negative in any way!

Keeping it on you at all times and encouraging others to do the same is the only way to get streetpasses. I usually get a random one at work every few months and some times I go months at a time without any then I get 5 in a day. For me the best way to get them is to go to the mall on Friday or Saturday afternoons or go where the late teens and twenty somethings are since they are the most likely to carry them. But If you don't carry it with you, you can't expect to get any streetpasses.
