From the features listed, it looks like it will be markedly different from the two console Fire Emblem games I played. I liked Path of Radiance, but not Radiant Dawn so the changes have me curious. I'll probably give it a try if it comes to the U.S.

Managed to pick up a copy of Fire Emblem (7) for GBA for 14$, which seems to be a fantastic price for that. First time I'm going to seriously play a FE game. Hopefully I like it, and proceed to get hyped for this :)

Would love that Cobalt FE bundle Japan got... mmmm

So I recently played my first Fire Emblem game (The Sacred Stones) thanks to the Ambassador program. Let's just say Nintendo will have another angry fan to answer to if they don't bring this to the States! The new elements in this game look mighty interesting and it'd be the perfect way for me to delve a little deeper into the series.

I'm begging you, Nintendo, take my money!

I'd literally pay 100 dollars for this game in english. I love Fire Emblem. And the fact Marth and Roy are in it makes it even more worth my money. It just seems like a game I can spend hours on. So please, Nintendo. Give it to the poor guys in the US. :c

So I recieved my copy of FE7 today... 14$ was an absolute STEAL. The game usually goes for around 30$ online... I got the game in perfect condition, plus an awesome game cart case (a lime green gba looking case), for half that of an average copy of the game.

<333 eBay

Anyways, I just got through the prologue and Ch.1, and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'll probably dig deeper into it tomorrow though. Sorry for being slightly off topic, heh... FE:A is definately going to be a must-buy for me if it ever comes over here. :)

This game has been doing remarkably well in Japan, it's almost in 2nd place all time for FE games... I really expect that it will come to the west, and hopefully find as big of an audience as it has in Japan.

Well I doubt there's quite as much of an audience for that type of game here as in Japan, but 2nd place is quite something. They've released quite a few FE games in the west now, so I'll be very surprised if we don't get this one (and appalled, disgusted, etc.)

Hopefully we'll see it this evening!

Reggie confirmed after the 3DS conference that the game is coming to America.

EDIT: Yea for mistakes. Just say that Reggie didn't mean to announce that the game is coming (didn't notice it was not in the press materials) so I'm not expecting it until Spring 2013. Or, they just forgot to prep materials for the game...

I have never played a Fire Emblem game, but Im thinking of trying this one. Will I be need to look into buying previous installments of the series in order to understand whats going on or will I be fine just buying this one?
You are not entitled to an opinion. You may have one, but if it is not based on logic and reason, then it is as worthless as the rest of your words.
