The only other hint I can give you is that it's not a first party title. I'll try to think of another safe hint to give as E3 gets closer.

Doubtful it's Phoenix Wright RMC is referring to ddddd. Hasn't he always been fairly apathetic towards the series? I specifically remember him saying he found it enjoyable enough but not amazing, and can never remember the music from it. I think it would be great if it was Phoenix Wright related, but I don't think RMC would describe that as a franchise he 'loves.' I'd really think Megaman if it's not first party. Beyond Good & Evil maybe? Although 'franchise' kinda indicates it has more than one released game...

I wouldn't suspect Shantae, WayForward are a relatively smaller team and they'll have their hands full with the Adventure Time titles. I do hope a sequel does arive eventually though!

So, from Twitter we know it's from a well-established, long-running third party team. It was a title that we haven't seen but was rumoured for the 3DS, and it is both from a franchise RMC loves, and a title he expects to be localised. It also isn'tAce Attorney x Professor Layton.

It's really screaming Capcom to me. Either Megaman or Ace Attorney 5 I would think. But...to be honest I don't want to know. This is sounding like something that will really appeal to me, so I'm looking forward to the big reveal where I can slap my forehead and be like, 'of course!'

And RMC, nobody thinks you're an ass for inviting discussion and friendly debate over what it might be. It's something for us to while away the time on until E3 rolls around at the very least!

Not a first party title... at first I thought it could of been the rumoured Yoshi title that was in the works for the 3DS but I guess that isn't a well established franchise and it's Nintendo

We had heard rumblings Suda was considering a 3DS title. If it's a spin-off/side story to the No More Heroes franchise, that would fit all the criteria. Suda has a pretty big following, and No More Heroes was more popular in the west, so we could expect that localised if it is the case.

There was also some word a while back that Mercury Steam were working on a Castlevania follow-up title for the system, and that would also fit all the criteria.

So right now my money is on Megaman, No More Heroes/Suda title, Ace Attorney 5, or Castlevania.

That's a pretty broad range of games it could be. I'm stoked!

One post a day isn't that hard, despite having some...large threads, particularly on Wii U.

I think it's a Mega Man game myself. Capcom has said all along that 'we have plans for Mega Man' yet we haven't seen ANYTHING besides Box Art Mega Man in the as of now Broken Street Fighter X Tekken. Considering RMC plays every Mega Man game (I have secretly placed a camera inside his beard for such knowledge) I wouldn't be surprised if it was a Mega Man 3DS outing.

As for Castlevania, I hope it's not Lords of Shadow 2 or whatever since I despised the first one very much. The game had a lot of questionable decisions that made me frustrated throughout. I'd take Harmony of Despair over LoS2 any day of the week. I just wish they'd introduce DEF and Speed as permanent, up-gradable stats since they really would've helped balance the game.

Then again, it might be another Sonic game. As long as it's not Dimps making it, I'd be okay with it.

I'd love it if that were the case, but I wouldn't be so sure guys!!
Remember, it's a title thst has been rumoured but we haven't seen; we HAVE seen footage of MML3 before! So assuming all RMC's hints are true, if it's a Megaman title it'll be totally seperate from MML3!
