I recently bought a Midnight Purple 3DS and noticed that the 3d depth slider is kind of loose. I mostly play games in 2D but sometimes I'll jar the system while playing a game and the 3d turns on and I'll have to turn it off. You just have to barley push the slider up to activate 3D. I don't remember this happening on my Aqua Blue launch 3DS.
