Vita Near? AR?

Hey is the vita near a new thing or is it already included when you purchase a PS vita also with the AR I'm confuse

If it is something they newly added I am very disappointed at SONY again!!

I hear Near is just a confusing mess. It works via the Wi Fi location, not through passing people. They don't have Mii Quest either

oh man that's a big fail for them I won't even recommend my PSP owning cousin to get a PS vita
