WiiU is reported to be ditching the ram type and provider the wii had, and that alone seems to be puting in doubt how the U will achieve BC

Eternal Rain wrote:I just saw the Unreal Engine 4 screens. Yeah, it's not as impressive as I was hoping. It's not quite the leap in quality we saw with the previous Unreal Engines. With the previous incarnations you could see a big leap, but in this case it doesn't really seem like it's that much of a step ahead of UE3. TBH, even Unreal Engine 2, when modified a bit, could put out some pretty good looking games this gen (BioShock 1 and 2 still look great in my opinion, and they run off of an enhanced version of UE2).
So yeah, I believe Wii U could run UE4. The stuff we saw in the tech demo last year, running off of unfinished hardware mind you, looked about on par with what I saw in those UE4 screenshots.

Just as a warning, if such a thing exists, I'm banning everyone from GoNintendo forever. Even RawMeatCowboy. Because it is THE WORST idea I have ever heard of. EVER.

I'm not impressed with the Unreal Engine 4 or Epic Games, especially if the engine is just going to be used for Micheal Bay Call of Duty shooters.

"So far we know for sure that can be simultaneously connected 4 Wii
Remote Plus, or at least 2 WiiU controllers (but not learned if they can be linked together, ie 4 Wii Remote Plus and 2 WiiU controllers at the same time)."
"We played wireless, so yes, it had battery inside."
