I feel stupid, obviously Square-Enix could easily use Geno if they wanted. Haha.

But yeah, I like what they do with the sports games and would support using one of those guys.

KH is a weird limbo, since you can never find consistency on who owns what. But yeah, I don't think they could put anything from that in, and I'd prefer something else anyway.

3-Yoshimitsu is a fighter from both SoulCalibur and Tekken,so if anything he should be the rep. Also,he`s a weird character with an unusual playstyle in his games so that could make him a very cool and interesting fighter in the next game.As for KOSMOS,there`s the relationship triangle between Nintendo,Monolith and Namco and if you ever saw some of those amv about the anime, you`d have a good idea of how she could play like.

If anything,KOSMOS could be the Snake remplacement. She can shape her bodyparts into a large variety of weapons and with stuffs like her signature Halbert Effect, this could be an unique mechanic for her where if you hold it`s imput long enough,it cover the whole screen and it give her a damage boost on everyone. The only problem with her is that she didn`t had much appearance on Nintendo platforms outside of a Japan-only Xenosaga remake for the DS and a guest apparance in Super Robot Wars OG Saga and it`s sequel alongside Project X Zone.Outside of it,i`d like to see her,an android with dual machine guns sounds like fun.I hope they`d use her ver.1 ouftit for this game through i could guess they`d go with the ver.4 since it`s the most used right now in the DS and 3DS games.

4-Maybe Konami helped because they through it was a good way of promoting MGS4 so they got involved.Brawl was released in 2007 and a few months after MGS4 got released,so it made sense to use Snake to promote their games to Wii owners.

Dillion speeding around pretty much sums up a nice chunk of Sonic's own attacks. Only one that may been a problem would be the Upward Special in terms of iconic attacks. That, to be honest, I still haven't thought of anything creative just yet. But since Sonic uses a spring, I wouldn't deny Dillion a use of a volcano eruption underneath him to get where he needs to be.

When I mention Advance Wars characters I am also thinking outside the box for their skill ideas, where-as Ness and Lucas use spells from their own games, not just themselves learn, and how Captain Falcon, in retrospect, Has one of the wierdest ideas for a fighter who has never been seen out of his machine. Yet it works for him, so I think reworking a little of the skills to fit the weapons from Days of Ruin and so forth, you can probably it one of the Days of Ruin characters into the game without sacrificing much in return, if Snake was to not return, of course. It's a war game, wouldn't be too hard I believe.

Yoshimitsu may be in more different games, but that doesn't make him a true iconic mascot either though. Yes he might get a unique playstyle, then again this is SSB, he may not get one the way we think. On the same token Heihachi would be just the oposite, though I admit I haven't seen a refined fighter in SSB just yet so I would welcome either (though my bias would toss both out and bring in Chun Li, just cause). But when I spoke of Namco's Tekken team working on the game, I immediately thought Heihachi, cause to me he feels like the unofficial mascot.

KOS-MOS was in crossover games for the most part with Nintendo systems, so it was why I made it clear that would be a far far stretch to get her in there. Like, Cloud in SSB stretch. Also with third party replacing third party... Sort of would leave a bitter taste one or the other's fans' mouths, don't you think? I definitely wouldn't want Megaman to replace Samus cause some skills are very similar to certain degrees. Not saying they can't, but I got to say that may not be the greatest of choices. KOS-MOS has her own toolkit idea all together, pretty sure she won't need to taking anyone elses.

As for promoting, perhaps part of it was, but consider Konami all together (the JPN development teams), they're putting Snake in odder games before, and they've done wierder things with some of their characters and franchises with other development companies before then too. From what I've heard Konami was all for getting Snake in Melee but just never had the time when the nods were given, but all awaited for Brawl and finally, we even see Snake in the first trailer. You cannot tell me that they weren't excited beyond just promoting MGS4 when they waited that long. Who knows what SSBU would hold for us. Konami and Nintendo may have already given their okays for Snake's return, and they may be working on a second Konami character (doubt it personally, but wouldn't be surprised). If they were, though Alucard is boss and all, we may all have to agree that Belmont is a name many jump to when thinking of defeating Dracula... Except for the fighting game... We all know it doesn't exsist.... Right?

I like the volcano idea for a recovery move for Dillon, through his game is a tower-defense thing with speed in there, right :?: If that the case, then they could do something with it like ones of his specials consist of building a tower and the more you build it,the more powerful it becomes then you press another button to fire projectiles from it.

Also, maybe Nintendo is secretly working on a new Advance Wars for the 3ds,so if that happen they could use some of those characters in there,or use characters from Bataillons Wars or something for the Gamecube and Wii.

I think Yoshimitsu would be interesting because he can alternate between his fists and his sword,do lots of spinning, has attacks that drain his health and he can recover his own health as well.If anything,i`d like to see more of those sorts of technical characters in Smash Bros because they would be interesting for those like me who have played all of the old games and want a more complex character to pick up and learn, which is why i through of Yoshimitsu.I wouldn`t mind Heiachi, but maybe he would be a bit redundant since he`s playable in Sony`s answer to Smash Bros.

I saw some people in external forums and stuffs where they through Megaman would be a good character because he`s a better Samus, which i find very funny since i like playing as Samus, through some of her range in her normals where lame in Brawl.I agree that Snake and KOSMOS could be there together,i only suggested that if Sakurai decide to make room and limit the amount of third parties by cutting the characters from Brawl,he could use KOSMOS to fill his gaps since they cycle through lots of different weapons and are heavy and bulky in a way.But she can stand on her own with her weapons and her signature moves.

Konami did put Snake in weird crossover games before,i only did my guess as for why they helped with him in Brawl.Castlevania got his own fighting game for the Wii with a variety of characters from across the franchises but i think Simon is a better choice because of his whip and his sub-weapons he got with him,Alucard is just...not as cool,he got his sword but Simon has his whip. Also he never runs in his games,he walks. Now that`s a real badass

As far as Square-Enix characters goes, I'd like to see any of these:
*Geno
*Final Fantasy Team from Mario Hoops 3-on-3 and Mario Sports Mix (Ninja, Balck Mage, White Mage), it would be like the Pokémon Trainer
*A Dragon Quest character which isn't a Slime
And maybe, Crono. I'm cheering more for a Dragon Quest character, though.

And this just went through my head, some Snake's Codec Conversations I thought the other day for some characters I'd like to see, if Snake returns and these characters are included, I'd like if their Codec Conversations were a little bit like these:

Lip:
Spoiler:
*Snake: Colonel, there's a little girl in the arena and I'm not sure if I should fight with her.
*Colonel: That means you're facing Lip, the Flower Fairy. She debuted in Panel de Pon, the first game in the Puzzle League series. You might not know her, as her appearances are relegated to Japan-only.
*Snake: Flower Fairy? I'll have a great advantage, then.
*Colonel: Don't let her cute look fool you, Snake! She's more powerful than what she seems to be. One swing from her Lip's Stick and you can end up poisoned, and her poison is quite stronger than usual. She can also throw Panels and make Garbage Blocks appear magically above her opponents to squash them. And if you're still not convinced, I warn you, She defeated a goddess!
*Snake: So this flower has more thorns on the inside than the outside? I'd better be careful, then. Maybe when this finishes, I could search a little bit more about her Japanese origins.
*Colonel: Good Idea, Snake.

Prince Fluff:
Spoiler:
*Snake: Mei Ling, am I crazy or I'm seeing living yarn?
*Mei Ling: You're not crazy, Snake, that's Prince Fluff, the prince of Patch Land and a good friend of Kirby.
*Snake: Even though he's a prince, it looks like I can easily knock him off.
*Mei Ling: Be careful, Snake. Prince Fluff can use his hands as whips, as well as temporally transform into different objects, like a weight, a car or a spring, just to name a few. He can also control Tankbot, a giant Yarn Kirby robot.
*Snake: Yeah, but still, is he made of yarn? I'll just have to be sure to not get entangled with him.
*Mei Ling: You seem to be really confident. Aren't you, Snake?
*Snake: Well, let's just say that he will need to patch his wounds after the fight.
*Mei Ling: And maybe you need to patch your confidence a little bit too or else you could get hurt really bad.
*Snake: (groans)...We'll discuss that later.

Pac-Man:
Spoiler:
*Snake: Hey, Otacon! I'm fighting Pac-Man, and I need to know if...
*Otacon: Pac-Man, you said? I used to love that guy when I was a kid.
I spent countless tokens in the arcades back in the day, trying to constantly beat my high score. After that, my dad and I went to...
*Snake: ...Come on, Otacon! I have no time for nostalgic memories. Is there something about Pac-Man I need to be careful about?
*Otacon: ...Sorry Snake, As you may know, Pac-Man's powers relies on his Power Pills, once he eats one, you better get away from him. He can also summon a giant wooden robot.
Snake: A giant wooden Robot? Sound like I'll have something to deactivate that's not a Metal Gear.
*Otacon: And Snake.
*Snake: Yeah?
*Otacon: You'll never beat my high score in Pac-Man.
*Snake: (groans)...We'll see about that when I finish this.

I'm going to predict the name of Super Smash Bros. 4 right now:

Super Smash Bros. Ultra

or

Ultra Super Smash Bros.

MARK.MY.WORDS. I'm good at this type of thing.
Mega Man 9 isn't hard, you're just not paying attention

It was originally "Power Pills" but it was changed to "Power Pellets" as not to condone unprescribed drug use.

The Rolling Western is pretty much a timed tower defense game, yes. Only reason I said anything about a volcano cause there is erupting Grocks in the game and that's where my mind went, wasn't totally serious but still in it's core style. Though tower building for his specials I cannot see too much of that being too useful in a faster-paced game such as Smash Bros. Be neat with a technical point of view, but I couldn't find myself playing a character that relies on building towers often to fight for him. I always saw the towers being smashed and rebuilt in a stage to be honest, where players destroy the closer ones that work like walls and ones in the distance randomly fire into the arena.

Also, I would kill to get a new Advance Wars game in my hands! Great series. Only reason I went to the Days of Ruin set is cause it was totally different feel to the game and the characters were more similar to Snake's own build. I would love to see Andy over all if they did an AW game rep in any case. I just used a reference to who can fill in shoes of cameos -IF- they were to not return. As both can easily be replaced with a Nintendo character. Both ideas can totally take a different route, I was just using them as examples of replacing cameos.

Wasn't it said that the name was going to be Super Smash Bros. Universe cause the play on words? I can totally see that happening. I personally prefer Smash Bros. Fury over all of them.

If you think that the volcano is something crazy, then you might say that Fox fighting with kung fu and Captain Falcon fighting outside of his car and Princess Peach using Toad as a shield is crazy.Smash Bros is crazy by nature, this is why we like it.About the tower idea,i know that Dillon is kind of a mix between fast-paced action and tower building,so if they can do that for a game they can do it for Smash Bros.

If i were to imagine Dillon as a playable character,he would be a quick and precise character so he can handle himself but the tower building would be like the longer you build it the most durable and powerful it will become so that could add a strategic element to him like either you build smaller towers to help you or rely on his fighting skills or keep focusing on one tower to beef it until it`s powerful enough to blow people away.

Now,i`d like to see him as a playable character. If it doesn`t work, then a simple Final Smash could be okay.

I never said the volcano idea I tossed out there willy-nilly was crazy, I even said I would not deny such an idea. I just said the tower building skill seems like it wouldn't be as effective as it much as it sounds cool. Thinking about it it feels much like the mine smash from Snake, it may work for a period of zoning in the arena. Though the towers would be obviously more visible, thus easily avoided. That's how I can see it, though nothing is said that he cannot rock the cannon top from one of those towers and charges as the skill instead.

A mine which detonate but is barely visible and a tower than you build whose defense and offense increase as you build it is totally different. In fact,it could work like once it`s set you press a button to shoot so you decide when to fire.In a way,you control both Dillon and the projectiles at the same time,so even if others can dodge it you still need to worry about Dillon,so it`s can`t be that bad, right :?:

If I was gonna guess on a name I think it'll be "Super Smash Bros. Uproar". thesaurus.com says its a synonym to brawl and melee, and it works with the "U" theme that most Wii U games are going with.

The more I think about, I'm hoping an Animal Crossing character will make the cut. The obviously choice is Tom Nook, but if they were to add one in, I'm assuming they'll add the default human character and you could choose between either boy or girl (like choosing specifically for Pokemon Trainer).

As far as stages go, Smashville for Brawl was one of my favorites, except it didn't really have any gimmicks except for the 1 and only moving platform. Really hope they expand it.

From this list, I'd like to see Pacman, Paper mario, and Banjo.

Besides this list, I'd like to see King K. Rool, Megaman, and Waluigi. Maybe Palutena too, haven't played Uprising yet... :(

From this I'd take:

- Krystal [axing Falco, bringing the Starfox cast to a solid 3]
- Pacman for Namco rep
- Paper Mario for Mario newcomer
- BlackMage for S-E / FF rep
- Medusa for Kid Icarus newcomer [but I'd settle for Palutena... I guess]
- Banjo [despite it not being possible in this universe]

Since everyone is listing their newcomers again I guess i'll do the same:

King K.Rool
Medusa
Bowser Jr. (Though he's been missing from recent Mario games lately like SM3DL and NSMB2)
Krystal
Ridley
Anthony Higgs
Little Mac
Dixie Kong
Isa or Kachi
Zoroark
Issac
Finally got a PS3 sooo add me if you want. :)

No you don't. If anything Pushmo should be a Stage. With Mallow pulling out more platforms as the camera constantly escalates upward. But if you hit Mallow he'll stop pulling blocks for like 3 seconds, resulting in possible off screen damage/KOs.

Also this rendition of this song needs to be in the game. Best Game Music this generation.

I`m not sure about the stage thing.I try to imagine it and it feels like a stage that gets boring after the first time you play it.So yeah an assist trophy would be a better idea, well for me at least.

And nothing can beat the Gourmet Race remix from Brawl.
