Wii U game suggestions/recommendations

There are still two things to consider.

Some good concerns. But drives tested on USB 2.0 are almost TWICE as fast as the wii U's 22.5 MB/s optical drive. (http://nintendoconnect.com/2012/08/06/e ... r-the-job/) Also the wii, Dsi, and 3DS all run off a FAT32 format for drives just like the PS3. I'd imagine the Wii U to follow suit. If Nintendo thought that using USB 2.0 drives would hinder performance for full digital games, Reggie wouldn't be so enthusiastic about it.

So far it's looking like:
- NSMBU
- ZombiU
- Pikmin 3 (if it comes out this year)
- Rayman Legends

I need to see more of Game & Wario. I'm thinking about AC3, but I've never played a AC game before. I would get Black Ops 2, however, I don't have a good online connection and based off of the first BO game, single player won't offer much. And lastly I'm thinking about 007 Legends but I want to see what the reviews say first.

Only a small problem with Rayman Legends though. A news post said that majority of the game Rayman would be controlled by the AI and the player will be using the touch screen to protect him. That part doesn't interest me.

Since its "launch window" it could *possibly* come out in 2012, but knowing Nintendo launch window will be late March.
Nintendo made this game look like it'd be a launch title, but we've know since E3 that it was "launch window"

I'm worried I won't be able to get a Deluxe Bundle due to it being sold out in many places. The Deluxe Bundle is a great deal considering they are giving you stuff that together is more than the extra $50. I also wanted the black Wii U from the first time I saw it. Hopefully I can preorder one before its too late =(.

If I don't get the premium at launch, I will wait 'til one is available. I'm not settling for a weaker package just because it's what's left. I've got enough patience.

Also, I'm sure all these sell-outs are just the first round of pre-orders.

I'm getting the Deluxe bundle, which I preordered at Best Buy a few hours before they stopped taking those pre-orders. I also plan on getting New Super Mario Bros U, and Batman: Arkham City, unless that's not out in which case I'll get Lego City Undercover... and if that's not out, then it's either ZombiU or Assassin's Creed III

I preordered the Premium version (Deluxe i NA?) a few days ago, but have not yet decided on which game to get. My brother will be getting NSMBU, so I can at least play that. I am also very interested in Zombi U, but will have to see a review first. I, for one, am really interested in Nintendoland (which is way I ordered the Premium version of the Wii U hardware).

I've been thinking about what to get with the console for a little while now. Have no interest in Nintendo Land and already have a 1 TB USB drive lying around, so the basic system is a no brainer. As for games I'll be picking up ZombiU and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Also want Mario, Black Ops II, and Ninja Gaiden out of the launch day list but those can wait.

Probably would've been able to get more if I had saved up more in advance, but honestly I wasn't expecting to be hyped up for the system at all. That preview event though, jeez. E3 hadn't done anything for me, but that was more than enough to get me on board. Really looking forward to the start of the next gen with the release.

Where have they specifically stated that we can expect it in Spring? I know that's what the Wikipedia page says, but it's not as if WP is always accurate. I don't personally remember them saying "coming Spring 2013". Personally, I'm expecting it possibly as a January title. Which might be good for it, in the long run, because it won't have to compete with the Christmas barrage of software.
