Better wait for the "fall conference" or whatever it is when more games are announced.
One more thing, the Nintendo Gamer magazine "confirmed" in a very dubious article the wiiu version, but I seriously don't trust that magazine (it was a recap of the reveal trailer with the promise of wiiu details for the next article

)
I took the time to make a transcription of that article last month, here it is. The last line is of note...
" We've done World War II, the Cold War and the near future, so where next for Call Of Duty, the shooty mega-franchise that's more popular than pictures of kittens? Um, how about slightly further into the future?
2025 to be precise. Although only nine years have passed since the events of Modern Warfare 3, time has not been kind to the US of A. Now Black Ops protagonist Sgt. Frank Woods, now a scrightly(?) 95 years of age to be your guide. "Aside from the fact I'm alive none of this surprises me" he croaks while outside futuristic drones blast seven bells out of his neighborhood. "We built computers, robots, whole unmanned armies. But no one ever asks what happens, when the enemy steals the keys?".
Consider the keys well and truly swiped. On the ground an armour-plated mech is tearing up Wishere(?) Boulevard. In the skies quadcopters buzz with unnerving precision and elegance, their UAV threatening the lives of the very people they were built to protect. Los Angeles - and indeed the entire United States - is besieged by it's own technology.
FUTURE SHOCK
Undesirable at the best of times; utterly calamitous if you happen to be in the middle of a Cold War with China over the distribution of rare earth elements. The culprit is a man named Raul Menendez, a mysterious villain who developers Treyarch rekon is poised to become gaming's next iconic super-villan.
"THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES IS BESIEGED BY ITS OWN TECHNOLOGY"
Well, they would say that, wouldn't they? But they're taking Menendez's character development seriously. So seriously in fact that they're setting one third of the game in the 1980's to flesh out his back-story, it's even been hinted that you'll play as him, but for the most part you'll (be) kicking it as Woods Mason and the rest of the first Black Ops fighters(?).
The idea is that this section will help you grasp Menendez's motives and show you that good and evil aren't binary opposites, but we dunno. He still sounds like kind of a jerk to us.
Back in the future you play as Mason's son David, who is part of an elite team protecting -----(?)(?) the (lady!) president. BLOPS 2 will be the first non-linear Call Of Duty, and we can see this ----(?) firstly with a free range jet piloting session, and secondly with the new-found fragility of plot-critical characters, if you let them die, the story unfolds differently, making this the first COD with branching story-lines and multiple endings. There are even sandbox levels you can fail altogether,
but that - and the Wii U functionality - is a story for next issue."
That was from June 11th, the "next issue" should be out by now, was there anything in it? I'm guessing no.
