Why do we still not know basic stuff like whether there will be voice chat? Instead, they KEEP talking about Miiverse.

I've been sitting on some unplayed (but deserving the purchase) WiiWare games, so the Wii U will be the perfect opportunity to play them.

Can't wait to let everyone know about the tons of great WiiWare games when the "What's good on WiiWare" topics spring up.

Guess you missed the debacle yesterday where Nintendo stated they haven't ruled them out.

So the report on friend codes return was full of crap?

It also makes me have faith Nintendo might change up for the better with online having to drop something they still seem to support to this day with the 3DS.

@Since1776 Agreed. :)

And though it was touched upon on Sunday's ND, I realise that I really do lovethe idea of marketing games / trends using the number of Mii's on the Miiverse OS home.

Live is plagued with ads. This might be a great non-intrusive way to market things on the Dashboard[s] itself.

I'm hoping there's a way to turn off the pop-up messages from others within games. I think I'll get annoyed by them after the first week, honestly.

so much this. why don't we know if our purchases are tied to our hardware or not. they haven't answered any of the basic questions. which says to me they don't think we will like the answers.

And they gave us that lackluster conference? The hell Ninty? You're supposed to annoounce stuff like this when everyone is watching you. But instead we get SiNG, 10minutes of WB, 14-ish minutes of Ubisoft and tons of talking. And no big reveals and almost nothing to justify a purchase on launch day. -_-

P100

And after reading various threads online; Zombi U, P100, Mario, Pikmin, and Rayman are definitely worthy system sellers.

I'm predicting Nintendo will be able to make a online experience that isnt as frustrating as Sony's PSN or whatever its called now. I don't expect it to be better than Xbox Live but we will see.

@Tejada

P-100 is a big reveal? Or ZombieU? Or a Mario cash-in we already knew existed? Or Pikin 3 (which while cool was already know about and isn't something huge)? Rayman Legends?

I think you may need to look at the likes of Halo 4 for what a big reveal is. Though the game was known about, THAT is what calls forth Xbox owners to purchases and makes their conference worth watching for its fans (and I'm not even on) Nintendo had nothing like that. They had absolutely nothing worth watching other than Pikmin 3. :( And don't give me that entitlement crap, please. 'o.o
